Set of Forged conrods TECHNO5 H-beam with ARP 2000 bolts. Model: Renault F7P/R and F4R engines including Megane RS250. TECHNO5 rods are high quality product designed by polish and english engineers. Anufactured and tested to the highest levels of scrutiny before being released to production and trade. Thanks to individual design of each model rods all details are made to fit perfectly to exact engine type.

Rods are forged from AISI 4340 (En24) steel. All forgings are vaccum degassed and magnaflux tested to eliminate possible material faults. Heat treated to HRC 35-38 and fully shot-peened for higher fatigue strength. Small end is bushed with high quality bronze bearing for fully floating pin. Most of models are additionaly equipped with oil accumulation groove to avoid oil starvation.

C-C section in TECHNO5 rods is manufactured in 4 designs. Big End is secured with high quality bolts. Boxes are white ECO without plastic or chloride paper to care enviroment. Labels are simple designed to recognize on first sight exactly what product contains box like: model, design, type of bolts etc.

Inside boxes are foam fillers to separate parts from each other and avoid damages in transport and storage. To every set is attached installation manual in english language. Tappered small send to use with OEM RS250 pistons.
